Turning back to my plot, I squeezed the “gwent” half of the resor into the breams and straightened it with the help of awkward manipulations. For the same breams, I shaped the shoulders, bending the ends of the names and bending the plates slightly. There were two however shoulders with a bi-directional smooth vigin. The minimum working progress is due to the peculiarity of the steel shoulders, which do not have the same strength as fiberglass ones with similar dimensions. But I didn’t want to work a wide arc for the sake of a slight increase in the movement of the bowstring.

On the steel directly glued a plastic plate with a round groove, so that the strings are too small and the bolt will collapse. I didn’t believe it at all, because the pull fell on the straight line with a great hump. The grate turned out to be very strong and the skloplastik began to wear off, washing with fibers.

During the process of shooting, the “grits” turned around, burying the bow. Then he hit the front wall of the box and merrily jumped back, stopping. Before starting it, it was necessary to lower it manually in order to be able to pass the strings and turn the “hot” at the site, where it was fixed with a sear. I couldn’t find a technical solution so that the head would remain in the lowered position after shooting. I racked my brain and couldn't come up with anything useful. After that, having scored on the right and deleting everything like є.

The final touch to the completed crossbow was the installation of a sight. At that time, the store began to actively import pneumatics and carved brown things to it. I painted the bolts in a bright red color to make it look nicer, and also coated the beast with varnish. The tips, of which I sharpened as many as ten pieces, came out in different shapes, but perhaps even more so - and that’s a joy. I started going through them and ended up choosing more or less of them. Two groups of tips came out, six in one and six in the other.

Place the tips on the holders and secure them with Moment glue. There was plumage on the ground, so it was unclear why there was any reason to be timid. Having returned to the bookstore, I studied there, and then bought these thin, different-colored folders, in which the pieces of paper were inserted. Their covers were made of thick cellophane, which gave a good shape. The axis of the stench went to the fletching bolts of the crossbow.

The technology used in the preparation was perfect: I cut a pen template from cardboard, wrapped it with a pen, pressed it to the covers of the folders, and cut them to the required thickness with heavy-duty scissors.

I haven’t technically gotten to the point where I can make a deep groove for the lower feather to go through, since there are three of them.

Hey, try it out! Everything was found in the woods, the target was a cardboard box filled with old gantry and weighted to thick pine. With the first shot, I drove the bolt a little lower behind the box. My attempt to pull it out ended in my hand losing its grip, and the tip was deeply embedded in the trunk. To chop up a tree in order to pull it out, I won’t lose everything like that.

Showing the crossbow to himself from the burning side, shooting sharply, the steel shoulders straightened with a burning fluidity, bolting forcefully at the target. The lock worked properly, without breakdowns or interruptions, although the release was a little stiff. As a result of the whole, not broken bolts, after the first shooters I lost only three.

Having tried that crossbow for less than an hour, it calmed the eye and grieved the soul. Alas, I was rushing away, working over the creations of the offensive, thorough knowledge, and in the end I was given to my comrades at Volodymyr, who was buried.
